Board of Registars

Board of Selectmen

The Board of Selectmen functions as the Chief Executive body of the Town, and holds the Town's executive powers as granted by state general laws and the Town of Blackstone bylaws. Its five (5) members are elected to serve staggered three-year terms with one or two seats up for election each year.

Capital Outlay Committee

The Capital Outlay Committee is comprised of seven (7) members two are from and chosen by the Finance Committee, two are from and chosen by the Planning Board and two are appointed by the Board of Selectmen for one-year terms.
