Percolation Tests, Payable at the Time of Scheduling. An Additional Fee

of $100 Per Hour Will be Charged for Time Spent on the Second Day,

When Testing Requires an Overnight Soaking of the Test Hole.

New System (4 Bedrooms or Less) $ 750

Repair of Existing System (4 Bedrooms or Less) $ 750

Includes: 1 Plan Revision, 1 Bottom and 1 System Inspection

Repairs or Upgrades Located in the Reserve Area Using Existing

Septic Plans Designed by an Engineer with No Change in Elevations $ 250

Each Additional Bedroom $ 150

Each Additional Plan Revision is $ 150

Emergency Alterations and Repair (Without New Plan) $ 300

Includes: 1 Bottom and 1 System Inspection

Each Additional Bottom Inspection is $ 150

For Design Flow of 500 Gpd or Less:

Each Additional 100 Gpd of Design Flow is $ 300
