Due to the technical nature of certain questions/requests/concerns, please be advised that an accurate response may take up to (10) business days from the date of your request. Once the form is submitted it will be part of the public record.
If you would like to know the outcome of an investigation you must contact or visit the Inspectional Services Department.
Please note that the complaint form is not intended to address civil or matters between private parties.
