Event Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship Program Details

The sponsorship program is designed to effectively market local businesses while making a positive impact on our community. Parks and Recreation programs and facilities make a community more attractive and provide a greater quality of life. Much of the enjoyment and lasting memories of our residents, surrounding communities, and out-of-town visitors depend on the programs and facilities offered. By becoming a sponsor and showing your support for our programs, events, and facilities, you are showing your support for the community. This will in turn make a positive impact on your business/organization. Sponsorship of our programs include the Company name included on the Town of Blackstone Website Parks and Recreation Event page, all event promotional flyers, social media pages, and the sponsor will be recognized on the day of the event. All Sponsorship funds will be paid through OpenGov. The funds will be placed into the Parks and Recreation Revolving Account. You may sponsor multiple events, but you will need to complete a separate form for each event. Sponsorships do not automatically renew annually. Sponsorships are reviewed before payment, and a sponsorship confirmation letter is issued after donation. 


Sponsorships are available for the following planned events:

  • Easter Egg Hunt - $250 partial, $500 half, or $1,000 full

            Sponsor candy and small toys for the stuffed eggs

  • Ice Cream Social - $250 partial, $500 half, or $1,000 full

             Sponsor supplies such as ice cream, toppings, bowls and/or special activities for the event like an inflatable

  • Fourth at the Farm - $300 full

            Sponsor small giveaways for our games and/or the costs for our giant bubble station

  • Movie In the Park - $300 half or $600 full

             Sponsor a movie and/or snacks for our Movie in the Park events

  • Fall Festival - $250 partial, $500 full, or $1,000 full

             Sponsor small giveaway for our game stations, pumpkin decorating supplies, music such as

a DJ or band, inflatable, pumpkins, etc.

  • Town Trick or Treat - $200 full

              Sponsor the candy or toys we provide to the trick or treaters

  • Annual Tree Lighting - $250 half or $500 full

             Sponsor holiday themed giveaways and/or our hot chocolate station

  • Hometown Christmas Celebration - $250 partial, $500 half, or $1,000 full

               Sponsor holiday themed giveaways, caricature artist, balloon artist, our hot chocolate station, and/or gifts that Santa hands out

  • Santa Parade - $250 full

                Sponsor the holiday themed giveaways we provide during the parade

  • Bling Up Blackstone Prizes - $250 half or $500 full

                Sponsor the prizes for the best decorated house in Blackstone

  • Family Game Nights - $100 full

                  Sponsor refreshments and prizes for the event

  • Craft Events - $250 full

                   Sponsor craft supplies and refreshments for the event

  • Blackstone Derby Days - $500 partial, $1,250 half, or $2,500 full

               Sponsor supplies for the races, movie, refreshments, prizes, etc. for the event
