Erin Curley is the Outreach program coordinator. Erin is available to speak with you Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday's 8:00am to 12:00 pm. Please feel free to call her at 508-876-5135
The intent of outreach is to identify elders with unmet needs and to increase awareness and understanding of the support services available to them and their caregiver.
The outreach program identifies the needs of all residents 60 and over. Once the need is identified she provides information and referral services and links the appropriate agency to the need of the elder. In this fashion, the program is able to connect residents to agencies and services with the eldercare network and to make available up-to-date information and referrals.
All information that is gathered is held in strict confidence.
You can also reach Erin by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
