The role of the Economic Development Committee, hereafter referred to as the EDC, is to act as an advisor to the Board of Selectmen and other Town agencies with respect to the preparation and implementation of economic development plans and initiative for the Town. The Town currently has 5 open seats on the Economic Development Committee and are seeking passionate residents who want to help shape the future of our community. If you're interested in supporting local businesses, attracting new investment, and strengthening our economic vitality, we’d love to hear from you!To apply for an appointed position, please complete the Application of Intent to Serve Boards/Committees. You can complete the document digitally (if submitting an online copy) or physically (if submitting a hard copy).

- All permit guidelines must be followed
- Burning is NOT allowed on days with:
- High fire danger
- Poor air quality
- Daily approval is required before burning
