ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
*NOTE: Please reference page 2 of the application to see exactly what papers are needed to file a permit. If the permit application is turned in with out all required paperwork the application will be denied and there will be an additional $35.00 re-inspection fee assessed.
MINIMUM PERMIT FEE IS $50.00 WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FOLLOWING:
New Residence $250.00
Multiple Family House (2 or more units) $150.00 Per Unit
First Ten Outlets, Switches, Plugs, Thermostats, Lights,
Electric Heaters, Etc. $ 50.00
Additional outlets of Ten $ 50.00
Above Ground $ 60.00
Solar Panels 2% of Estimated Value of Electrical Work
COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL
3% of job cost and $100.00
1. All fees will be DOUBLED when work has been started without a permit.
2. Re-inspection fee of $35.00 will be assessed when work fails inspection.
3. Re-inspection fee of $35.00 when the building or residence is locked at time of scheduled appointment.
4. A $35.00 re-processing fee will be assessed when a permit submitted is incomplete,
Including, but not limited to failure to include filing fee, insurance certificate and copy
ALL RE-INSPECTION FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO SCHEDULING THE RE-INSPECTION WITH THE OFFICE.
Note: Electric water heater replacement must file an electric and plumbing permit.
