TOWN OF BLACKSTONE BOARD OF HEALTH

FEE SCHEDULE

 

 

SOIL SUITABILITY TESTING FOR RESIDENTIAL SEPTIC SYSTEMS

 

Two (2) deep observation holes and two (2) percolation tests.

A $150.00 fee per test will be charged for additional deep hole and

percolation tests, payable at the time of scheduling.  An additional fee

of $100.00 per hour will charged for time spent on the second day,

when testing requires an overnight soaking of the test hole.

 

New System (4 bedrooms or less)                                                                                          $ 750.00*

Repair of existing system (4 bedrooms or less)                                                                      $ 750.00*

    *Includes: 1 plan revision, 1 bottom and 1 system inspection

Repairs or upgrades located in the reserve area using existing

septic plans designed by an engineer with no change in elevations                                       $ 250.00

Each additional bedroom                                                                                                        $ 150.00

Each additional plan revision                                                                                                  $ 150.00

 

Emergency alterations and repair (without new plan)                                                            $ 300.00*

    *Includes: 1 bottom and 1 system inspection

COMMERCIAL/SHARED SEPTIC SYSTEMS:

 

For design flow of 500 GPD or less:

 

A.        Design flow of 500 GPD or less (includes 1 plan revision,

  1 bottom and 1 system inspection)                                                                           $1,000.00

B.        Each additional 100 GPD of design flow                                                                  $ 300.00

C.        Each additional bottom inspection                                                                             $ 200.00

D.        Each additional system inspection                                                                              $ 200.00

 

ALL FEES TO BE PAID PRIOR TO INSPECTION AND ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE.
