Storm Update
A winter storm is beginning, and residents are encouraged to prepare and avoid unnecessary travel as conditions deteriorate. Road conditions may become hazardous, and keeping vehicles off the streets will allow crews to safely and efficiently clear roadways.
Due to the storm, the following schedule changes and restrictions will be in effect:
Trash & Recycling: Monday’s collection will be delayed to Tuesday. All remaining collections for the week will be delayed by one day.
Parking Ban: There will be no on-street parking from Noon on Sunday through 6:00 AM on Tuesday to allow Public Works crews to safely plow and treat roadways.
Town Hall: Closed Monday.
Library: Closed Monday.
Residents are advised to stay off the roads whenever possible during the storm, allow extra time if travel is necessary, and use caution when walking or driving.
The Town thanks our Public Works, Police, and Fire personnel for their long hours throughout this storm as they work to keep roads safe and essential services operating.
