Blackstone, MA – On Wednesday, March 29 at 11:00 am, a registered pharmacist from the MCPHS University Pharmacy Outreach Program will be on site at the Blackstone Senior Center to give a presentation on medication safety. Following the presentation, seniors will have the opportunity to ask questions, and meet one-on-one with the pharmacist for their own medication review. This and all services provided by the Pharmacy Outreach Program are free of charge to all Massachusetts residents.
The Pharmacy Outreach Program is a community service program of MCPHS University sponsored in part by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs. A team of case managers and pharmacists work together to ensure MA residents can afford their medications, take their medications correctly, and understand different insurance coverage options like Medicare.
