NOTICE

The Town of Blackstone , and its various Boards, Commissions and Committees, is regularly required by law and as a convenience for its citizens to publish legal notices and other advertisements in newspapers or other publications of general circulation within the Town and its service area. Accordingly, the Town, by its Chief Procurement Officer, hereby solicits price quotations or proposals from local newspapers and other publishing entities for such publication services. The criteria for selection of publication entities shall be the cost of proposed services as well as the effectiveness of the publication media proposed. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any such quotations or proposals, in whole or in part, as the interests of the Town may warrant. Any person or entity interested in submitting a price quotation or proposal in this regard should forward such quotation or proposal to:
